A heated soak tank is terminology for a specially-designed stainless steel tank that uses a safe chemical solution (CarbonZyme®) to remove carbon build-up and fats, oils and grease more efficiently and effectively than conventional industrial kitchen equipment cleaning.

The DECARBONATOR soaks equipment in a heated solution of water and CarbonZyme®, our proprietary formulation, which is the definitive detergent against Carbon and F.O.G. CarbonZyme® is a safe chemical, for the environment, for people and equipment.

The DECARBONATOR can be rented on a monthly basis or purchased outright?

The system includes a DECARBONATOR and CarbonZyme® with a 1-year rental agreement. An instruction DVD is provided with each unit. The unit has a full warranty.

The solution will remain in the unit for a month at a time. The Monthly timer will indicate when the solution needs to be replaced.

The DECARBONATOR soaks equipment in a heated solution of water and detergent that is maintained at a constant temperature of 185° F.
